As a real estate agent I have learned that one person's "good" may not be the same as another's. Let me suggest the following web sites for you..... spotcrime.com and raidsonline.com to check crime stats.

I checked my current home in Athens and it didn't show 3 shootings in my neighborhood in the past year, nor 4 shootings in the area across from me, or numerous robberies and assaults in Athens. Where does the information come from?
