Hi there,
Both Carss Park and Kogarah Bay are beautiful quite areas, and offer a fantastic, safe living environment with parks, cafes, shops, schools and the bay all on your doorstep. For greater shopping and entertainment needs, Hurstville Westfield is only a short 5 minute drive away.
For future capital growth, both areas should always see continued steady growth as they are much sought after premium suburbs which are in high demand.
