"Rural and close to everything"
Acreage estate opened early 90s mostly 2ac a few 3/4ac lots fully serviced, the only problem I have found ( live in the estate) is fast broadband ie ADSL, it is not good, though Telstra says it is available?. A quite area, great country feel yet with in commuting distance of Bris City and 30 minutes to the wonderful beaches of Bribie. Rare to find a vacant block but now some 2ac lots are being subdivided and sold of for around $270 - $300.000.
I wish I had known that when I paid $43.000. Great place to live I will be staying. Keep your eye open for a sale here in Peppermint Grove Upper Caboolture.
