Cameron Park or another suburb? Best area to look at for our family
Kotara South, NSW 2289 is located within the Lake Macquarie local government area, part of the Hunter Region in New South Wales.
Relocating from Hills District in North Western Sydney and looking for the most ideal suburb for our needs. Children will be going to Charlton Christian College at Fassifern. Need good motorway access to Sydney as my husband will keep working in Sydney. Looking to buy a 4 bedroom house for no more than $650k. Housing in Cameron Park is most similar to where we live now. Considered building at Billy's Lookout in Teralba but would prefer to just buy rather than build. What areas should we consider or avoid. Many thanks

Cameron park is a great suburb for a family! you can also look to fletcher which is close by to cameron park and still close to the freeway.
If you would like to be close to fassifern, avoid areas further into the newcastle way as travel would be at maximum.
