"Tranquil country town with friendly community."
Bute township facilities include IGA grocer, post office/transaction centre, local hotel, cafe/takeaway (open daily til late), engineering, garage, CFS, Landmark store, primary school and kindergarten. Sporting facilities include 'Roosters' - football, netball, tennis, cricket, basketball, bowls, pony club.
Only half an hour drive to the beautiful Noeth Beach Wallaroo coastline, 45 minutes to the Clare Valley, and within easy one and a half hours drive to Adelaide.
Nearest regional centre at Kadina township, only 35km away.
Very sports and family minded community.
