Depending on what route you take, however it takes me no more than 10 minutes via Everard Ave turning on to Anzac Hwy and continuing on to West Tce. The most built up areas in peak hour traffic include the South Rd/Richmond Rd intersection and the joining intersections of Anzac Hwy/Greenhill Rd/Richmond Rd.
