Kurunjang is the place to be when looking to relocate to a suburb not so far from the CBD. It offers the best of both worlds. I enjoy doing my drops and handing out information about the real estate market. Everyone stops to say hi and greet me in the friendliest manner. The people are very polite and know how to have a laugh and enjoy their day. Streets are constantly clean, quiets neighbourhoods, ideal for kids to play in the arvo and parks for the family picknick. Not to mention, public transportation is punctual and clean. Schools close and Woodgrove shopping centre just a short drive.

Moved last year. Great area to live. Quiet, nice neighbourhood. Very happy, especially when you account for a price that I paid for my house. Effordible area that will increase in value soon.

All the fantastic services of Melton in a nice little parcel away from it all. You are still close enough to take advantage of what Melton has to offer though. Resale value is strong. Meltons bus system runs through so you can get anywhere.
