"This is prime lifestyle on the Central Coast"
Research the area, look at past buy in and sell prices, look at replacement cost Conclusion A solid buy in a great location with one of the best inground landscaped pool area you would want in your property directly off the entertaining area. Clearly the largest workshop / garage I have seen, ideal for the Dad with work vehicles and junk, ideal to run a contracting, service type of business.
Wireless broadband is OK I am told
I am not associated with any real estate office, just really like the prospects of family life in the area
Great for
- Beauitful layout great grounds for recreation
- 8 minutes to Shelley Beach Golf Course 15 minutes to Erina and Westfield at Tuggerah 5 minutes to Bateau bay Stocklands
- 20 minutes to train station to Sydney
Not great for
- No water / ocean view but 4 minutes to Forresters Beach 8 minutes to Shelley Beach
- And say 15 minutes to the wonderful Reef Rest at The haven Terrigal
