How safe is it? And is there housing commission around?

Hi I'am a relatively new resident of Blackett (2770) and have lived here nearly five years now ( alough I lived near by until five) . For me and my wife we have had no real problems most of the neibours are private where we live and I have housing commition homes on either side of me they are great neibours that all say Hi and keep an eye the place while we are at work and we do the same for them. We have never had a break in or our car's damaged ( I also leave my doors unlocked ) as I don't believe it's really that bad of an area. Thanks for reading and don't always believe what the papers say about 2770 it's a good area to raise a family.
