"The Range - the only place to live in Rockampton"
Lamington Street is a lovely leafy street on The Range with mainly professionals (retired and current) and farmers living there with a great sense of community. It is a street where your kids can play safely in the front yard and crime seems a distant away. Great views, breezes and a quality location close to Allenstown (schools, shops, restuarants), Botanical Gardens and Rockhampton Golf Club. Just a walk away as are hotels, clubs, restaurants, churches, schools and private hospital however quite is a premium quality that abounds in this neighborhood along with safety. The Range is Rockhampton's premium residential area for many good reasons all of which have been mentioned above. The resale value is second to none.
