Landsdale, WA 6065

Landsdale is a great family friendly area with lots of parks, playgrounds and local schools throughout. It is close to a 20 minute drive to the city, beaches, swan valley and the joondalup area.

Not much going for it as too far from the city, beaches, not that many facilities close by.

Not the greatest suburb I've ever lived in. Near commercial and lots of hoons at night.

This suburb has a safe, relaxing, family-friendly vibe. It has parks, lakes, playgrounds and green spaces throughout. The majority of the houses are family homes, it has no apartments or high density housing. There are a number of different schools, a farmer jacks, Chinese, fish n chips, chicken treat, medical centres and beauty salons. It has an 'old school' neighbourly country vibe. Great place for families or for anybody who wants a nice safe place to call home.

Landsdale is a family friendly area in a great location for those that like to be in the suburbs north of the river

Wonderful suburb, with lots of parks and lakes and lots of shopping all at arms length. Everything you could want in a suburb!!!!

Landsdale is a great place to bring up kids, with lakes, parks & shops dotted about there is always something to do within walking distance.
Corimbia is a new estate in Landsdale with the best park that ive seen in Perth, and seconds away is a BBQ area to seat over 20 people too. Going into the original part of landsdale, there is the shops inc IGA which is open until 9pm, fish and chips, italian, chinese and even a cafe.
One of the nicest lakes around is also next to the shops, with ducks, birds & lots of shade from the trees its a great place to go for a fun walk with the kids!
