"Close to the beach"
There are two parts to Lansell Ave, seperated by a laneway. This can be confusing to delivery drivers.
The best part of living here is that it is close to the beach. The street is wide enough, so access for large delivery vehicles is not a problem.
The neighbours are very friendly and you get to know most of the street. Not like the suburban jungle of Melbourne.
If you want excitement and thrills, then do not live here. If you want nightlife and parties, then this is not for you. If you want to relax and have a sound housing investment over the long term, then this street will see you through.
There is a large park near the southern end and is dog friendly and kid friendly.
