"A Conveient Acreage Location"
Larch street is a great spot for people looking for sensibly priced acreage homes. All of the homes in the cul de sac are1 acre or more in size. It is common to see people riding down the street on horses,as the grounds on almost every property is very flat and stock friendly.
The local driving range is within 500m and the local private school is at the entrance to the street. 4-5 minutes to Stockland Shops at Burleigh Heads and less than 7 minutes to the beach.
A great environment to enjoy 'rural' living without having to live 'way out in the sticks'
