If you consider the current median price of property in the area & the current median rent attained the return is right on 5% which is very healthy.
Taking into consideration the annual growth in the Median House Price, return on investment in the area has been strong in recent history. While the market continues to remain relatively stable investing in the area is a good option for a first investment or growing your portfolio.
