Interesting question, and a hard one to answer.
I think of all the streets that I have visited I would say that Stretton Crescent would be my pick of the streets - if only for the look and feel of the street in the Spring & Autumn months. The trees reach over the road and make for a really picturesque scene. I am not sure how the homeowners feel about the raking the leaves up, but still - very cute little street opposite a park also, so gives you the feeling of space.
Residence in the area rave about Pohlman, Denny and Solomon Cres - all of which have high set blocks ( in some parts ) and this offers views over established treed areas and reserves. Wrenfordsley is also popular because it offers larger than standard block sizes and the same for some more established cul-de-sac locations ( Powers Place for instance ).
Overall Latham remains popular for its proximity to town and quaint, quiet atmosphere and comfortable living. Hard to pick a best street - go for a walk, there are many great locations to call home if you are making a move to the area.
