"Close to everything"
Lavarack St is quiet st.
Close to transport and all your shopping requirments.
1 minutes walk to the goose ponds.
10 Minute drive to the centre of Mackay.
Public swimming pool within walking distance.
Conveneance store 5minutes walk at the end of the road for all those small items bread milk etc.
Fish & chip shop around the corner and blinky bills butcher shop as well.
All in all a quiet and handy place to live.
