I was in Leabrook Place the other day on business and I must say if I didn't know better I could have imagined I was up near the River Murray. This quiet well located address is just east of States Rd, and enjoys a very different layout.

Fashioned in a 'T' style format, the court has 16 residential properties, but also enjoys access to the park area to the south by two opportunities located at each end of the 'T' piece. This access allows residents to enjoy the beautiful green open space, and indeed some of the properties have views into this area, hence the reference to the River Murray!

I reguarly see people walking dogs, riding bikes and kicking the footy, so the bonus of this easy accessed space means residents in Leabrook Place really have a great lifestyle.
