Is the renter profile of Leederville more singles, couples or families?

There are lots of units and town house type dwellings in Leederville that are rentals. These are suitable for singles and couples. Young families may rent for a period but may find that the style of living is not the best as the family grows older. The houses are usually owner-occupied and very expensive, but sometimes they are rented out. To whom I am not sure. The houses that are owned are often renovated, have large gardens at the back and small frontages and are lovely for families. They are also very expensive and out of the price range of many families.
