Looking for a home in Linden Avenue?
"One of the most appealing Ave's in the State"
Extremely rare to have a Street scape as wide and as manecured as Linden Ave. It would have to be one of the prettiest streets in Adelaide and one of the best suburbs one would aspire to live in.
Land is rather expensive, but for what your buying into, would have to be one of the best investments money could buy.
My only critisism is the condition of some of the roads surrounding the parks along Linden Ave that could certainly do with an upgrade and believe this is on the agenda with local council
