"Peace, tranquility and Community"
Been living here for almost 4 years now and love it. The sense of community is fabulous. Only a handful of streets and deadends - great for kids. Close to shops and many harbour parks. Very quiet and peaceful. Best neighbours everywhere. Thoroughly recommended.

If you like a quite and conveniently located suburb then this is for you.
No units, no housing commission, no u it blocks, no pubs means you are protected from what other suburbs have to endure on a weekly basis.
There are only 100 homes and 9 Streets.
A median home price of $3.3 million make it a sound investment.
Located on the harbor foreshore and only a 12 minute drive to the city centre make this a great accessible location!
