"Love the closeness to the City/Gabba and Public Transport"
My wife and I have live here for close to 3 years now. We love the area and the closeness of the city/southbank/gabba and local coffee shops. The amazing christian Jacques bakery and Junes Coffee Shop, is great to visit. Probably needs a woolies or coles closer then what is currently. But great location if you are a young couple and want an inner city vibe without the CBD price tag.
