Does proximity to the airport effect the house prices in Lockridge?

The airport doesn't really affect Lockridge prices as far as I am aware. Lockridge is improving in its reputation, but its value in the past has been based on the high proportion of public housing and the troubles that come with that tag. Now, there is a lot of redevelopment and general improvement and it is quite close to transport and Morley for shopping as well.
