Unhappy in Logan?

With a Mayor who thinks that the solution to unhappiness is to "talk up" the city and her answer to pensioners who cannot afford rent is for them to share accomodation (how many to a rental 2, 3 4 or more???) - why should we be joyous???

Will rents go down and make things more affordable do you think because of the financial crisis?

At the moment there is a big issue of rents actually going up (local papers) so this is the current trend.

(The Mayor's comment was before Christmas).

Is the city growing too fast? Are too many people moving to the area? What about jobs at the moment?

Lower socionomic peple are usually less happy. I hate driving in Logan, there are so many ferals screming abuse at you fro one reason or another. Lots of angry drivers for sure.
