"You love this place"
Quiet at night, and school holidays, lots of walking trails to the shops, on Gloucester street, and walking distance to BWS on main North Road. The public transport is reliable, to get you to adelaide or towards Salisbury/Elizabeth. There is also lots of bird life, that you could feed them.
The neighbours and friendly and welcoming.
The whole area is a great enviroment to live in.
