A good way to know what is being built is to follow DA tracker on the councils website- then you can see what is in place to be approved or up for approval. Also, you can call and chat to a town planner. The area has had many new homes built- especially near the shops, and more will inevitably follow, but it will still be semi rural for a while yet!
