"Quiet, yet accessible"
Recently moved here and it is fairly quiet and people are very friendly. Within one day, 6 people had introduced themselves and welcomed us to the area. Near the school and with parks opposite, there is a community spirit and pride as well as being far away from Sydney Road and the Ring Road to the north. The leisure centre is a good walk away but it is great that there is a pool so close, without having to negotiate busy roads and traffic.
There is plenty of choice for public transport, with a bus route along Lorne St, the station at the end of the road, or the tram if you fancy a bit of a walk.
