The NBN is available through a lot of the Eagle Rise Estate, however there is not enough ports at the exchange for the current demand on this service which leaves people waiting, there is the adsl2 option, but again the catch is due to the estate having brand new homes in it often the homes are not built with a telephone line that is running from the pit out the front to the actual house and the tenant is the one who is responsible 100% to pay to have a pit dug and wires run to the home to connect the phone to run this service, there is also good old wireless or satellite
