"Great for young families"
A green leafy park on the northern part of Macaranga crescent is equipped with playground suitable for 6 year olds and up. There is a covered picnic table and chairs there too and a path way that connects to another that runs across Lacey road into Somerset Estate. The houses have had some major work done on them already, foundations being replaced on a corner of one house, a few neighbours with expensive plumbing problems and cracking driveways. If I were to buy here I would ask for a very comprhensive building inspection. Great to rent though :)
