Is Macquarie park is pet friendly suburb to live in?

I own a pug and am planning on moving there, however I have heard that most rental apts dont allow pets ?

Most rental apartments in Sydney generally don't allow pets. If you can find a pet-friendly rental apartment in Macquarie Park, there are quite a few parks around. It is also close to the Great North Walk.
