Reviews of Maddington, WA

"Living in Maddington and it ticks all the boxes"

Was looking to buy somewhere closer to the city but my budget couldn't afford pricey suburbs.
And I didn't want to go to far like in byford and all.
So there we go.Maddington ticked all boxes.
Though it has got some bad reputation but its changing now.you got maddington centro , all the banks in there plus target ,woolies, coles etc.carausel is 10 min drive. You got train station, bus service which all the far away suburbs doesnt have.Just look at the new estates.around 300-400 new houses being built in Maddington.and i would recommend to buy now before the prices hit the roof.very affordable and huge size blocks still available.just 18kms from city.what else do you want.

Located approximately 18km's from the Perth CBD, this growing and revitalising community provides opportunity as well as affordable living. Whether it is established housing or new developments, the choice is yours. Public transport of buses and rails provides for your daily needs and with access to major arterial roads, you wont get delayed in your travels. Whether home ownership or your rental portfolio this community becomes a winner. Within the townsite there are ample parks and recreation areas to enjoy.

"Affordable, well priced and a great place to start"

Maddington is 18km from Perth CBD and has a mix of older style homes on larger blocks along with newer homes. Maddington offers an affordable area that comprises families, singles who are starting out, retirees and some rental properties.
Locals love the convenience of the suburb - being so well located for the major roads (Albany Hwy, Roe Highway, Tonkin Highway), having public transport nearby (buses and Maddington train station) and also the shopping areas (Maddington Centro and Maddington Village). Most properties, where possible, house a large workshop - to cater for our boys toys! Restaurants and food service is very minimal in this area (mostly take-away) and a short trip to Carousel or Victoria Park is recommended. We have plenty of parks, childrens playgrounds and sporting facilities.
