"Tree lined Street"
Located just one street back from the Bay beach this Street still has that "Sea Change" feeling. Residents have not knocked down the local plant life of Ti-trees & Moonahs so you won't mistake yourself for being up in the Suburbs like some other Streets. The blocks of land in the Street are of good sizes, however there is not much sub-division potential at this point in time so you do not need to fear that 20 unitas will go up next door anytime soon. Whilst you have a very short stroll to the beach you will also find a park in the street to take the kids for a kick of footy.
