"great for first home buyers and new families"
This is a good location. A nice quiet street with friendly neighbors and neatly kept houses.
Close to bus stops for public transport, and also many shops and local take away spots, and Colonnades shopping centre is just a short drive away with many outlets!
Also close to Pt Noarlunga beach which is great for summer time!
Affordable houses and great value means good for new families or first time house buyers!

No I've not had any problems. You just hear the kids walking past sometimes (kids can be loud :P) but overall not a single issue in the entire time I've lived there.
Only thing is probably to remember the school zone, it gets busy morning and afternoon during start and finish times. Other than that it's fine.

living next to wirreanda high do you get many problems from the kids before and after school etc. no surprises when you get home?
