"One of Adelaide's finest"

Malvern is one of Adelaide's most exclusive suburbs, only minutes to the City and close to a plethora of shopping amenities and cafe and restaurant precincts on Unley Road, Glen Osmond Road, Duthy street & King William Road. The suburb boasts grand character homes, leafy, green and wide streets. You are zoned for Unley High School and Highgate Primary School and are close to Mitcham Girls High School, Urrbrae Agricultural High School, Springbank Secondary College and Mitcham Primary School.

"Beautiful Suburb - gorgeous houses, wonderful cafe's, close to city"

This is an incredible suburb, so close to the city in the heart of the eastern Suburbs. The majority of houses are very well kept and are an asset to the area. There are wonderful little cafe's and shops nearby on Duthy Street, Unley Rd and you are very close to King WIlliam Road too. The streets are leafy and green and wonderful to walk. The area is full of families and professionals and we've found it to be extremely friendly and safe. It is a privilege to live in Malvern and I highly recommend it to anyone.
