Mangerton is a great suburb to both live in and also to invest in. It is a very nice leafy and upmarket suburb with properties in Meares Avenue and surrounding streets being sold for over a million dollars and one sale last year achieving over $3,000,000. It's convenience is also a big positive being in close proximity to schools, including private and elite schools as well as Wollongong Hospital, Figtree Private Hospital, Wollongong CBD, Figtree Westfield and also close to free way for commuting. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mangerton as a great place to both live in or invest in.
