I hear that Manitou Springs is a really expensive place for real estate, how much is real expensive?
Is Manitou Springs a lot more expensive than nice neighborhoods down in nearby Colorado Springs?

Manitou Springs is a really lovely area. The median home price is right around $250,000 although there are some homes that are much more expensive. The Crystal Park area has homes closer to the $700,000 range so it compares to some of the home prices on the northern end of Colorado Springs near Briargate which are pretty pricey as well.
