Is Manning Suburb in Perth safe?
My mates have had their house (rented) to be victims of potential burglaries. 3 times alone this year. The thieves were unsuccessful. However, in the day, even with the car in the driveway, two suspicious youths were spotted walking away from the house who kept turning to look behind them after knocking on the door hard a couple of times. They probably fled after a friend of mine tried asking who it was. He walked out to see them walking away.

It's relatively safe for serious crimes of which there have been very little in the past 30 years that I've lived here. Crimes like car burglaries have unfortunately increased in the past 2 years though police are very vigilant in the area.
