Thinking about buying an apartment in a complex on Springfield Crescent....

Manoora, QLD 4870 is located within the Cairns local government area, part of the Far North Region in Queensland.

I have lived in Cairns for only a year and have resided in Cairns North. I have heard mostly negative things about Manoora but the complex and surrounding houses are lovely. Please give me your experiences and thoughts (bad and good welcome). Thank you.

High public housing area , unemployment, very high crime
