Is Marayong a good/safe place to live?

I would say yes. Although it may not seem so on first appearance, I would say Marayong is overwhelmingly a safe place to live. Plus, given so many of the residents are friendly and approachable there is a sense that someone is always looking out for you, even when you're not at home.

Yes very much so! I have lived here for over 2 years and have been ver happy. Always came home late at night - no probs. Blacktown stations are patrolled by police almost all the time as far as I can see. We have lived in so many different places before e.g. West Ryde, Hornsby, Mascot, Bankstown etc and by far this is the best considering the affordability and peace. Everyone minds their own business. Our neigbours are also the best we have had!
