"Plane spotting from your pool"
I sold because of the jet noise after more than 20 years of living here. I dont see things getting better only worse. The adjoining airport is getting busier with more flights and the RAAF base is getting upgraded for more flights. Sick of getting woken up from aeroplanes that move the ground like an earthquake.

"Living on an active RAAF airbase"
Marrara aka as Northlakes is situated on airport grounds right next to the runway, the airport is also the RAAF base. Every year for 2 months jet noise all day all night then everyday passenger jet noise from all the commerical airlines. the noise is beyond rediculous. for your sanity live somewhere else!
