What is Chieti Court and Pescara Street like in Marsden?
Appreciate any feedback. Safe area and close to amenities and nice?

Its walking distance to local corner shops and primary school, close to public transport.
The 3 adjoining streets are housing commission and I have not herd of any troubles there in recent years.
