"Close to everything!!"
I live here and its perfect. My street has a new park/playground at the end of it. You can walk to Westfield Garden City shopping centre which also has the best bus service to the city. It has an award winning bakery 150m away. It has a new southside leagues club over the road. Has a Goodlife gym 100m away. Many businesses including state and federal government officers are close by allowing me to walk to work. Easy jump onto the M1 highway and still close to the gateway. Super safe suburb. University and Hospitals very close. I bought an apartment here and love it, just wish i could afford a house in Upper Mount Gravatt.
