"Fantastic Seaside Location with quiet streets and great neighbours"
The first thing you notice about our street is that it's quiet, very close to the esplanade and you can smell the salt of the ocean. The next is that you will note the streets are quiet, kids can play cricket in the street and the community in general is friendly. The shops and Bribie Island are both a short drive away. The area has mostly owner occupied homes - so the yards and houses are well maintained. Sandstone Pt and Pebble Beach I found to have a large number of rentals, noisier and heaps more traffic!
