Is Werribi St in Mayfield a good street to live in and rent out?
Mayfield West, NSW 2304 is located within the Newcastle local government area, part of the Hunter Region in New South Wales.
Hi, wondering if there's anyone from this area who could advise if werribi st is good to live in and rent out?
I concern that this block is between Onesteel and another steel company. Is it favourable street for locals? Just in case if I need to sell it or rent out the whole house in near future.
Is it an area where uni students want to rent?

Werribi St is bordering on Mayfield West with some great surronding properties. The area is always a high rental area due to a high volume of RAAF employees and proximity to Industrial Drive and the Mater and Uni. It is a busy intersecting street and more popular with investors that owner occupiers
