"Perfect for families or your home business"
We have lived here since inception of the estate and have loved every day being here! No traffic noises or noisy neighbours. Peace and rest for the mind and plenty of playground for the family on the acreage properties around.
Looking to buy into Samford Downs estate consider Meadowood Close first as we live on a rise and overview much of the region. Sorry we 're not moving as we love it here too much!

Hi, enjoyed reading your post, clearly love the area. Could you provide any insight into the area re flood risk? I read articles that the show grounds were subject to flooding, we're houses on Muskwood court also affected in January 2011? Thank you in advance! Sam.
