RELOCATING FROM SYDNEY TO MELBOURNE
Hello everyone.
Myself and my husband are moving to Melbourne in the new year, and are looking for some great areas in and around Melbourne CBD.
- Budget up to $500
- Good, solid building ie. thick walls, updated bathroom & kitchen, well maintained etc.
- Near some kind of nature ie. parks, botanical gardens, beach, waterfront etc.
- Easy access to public transport & maximum 30 minute drive (my husband rides a motorbike) into the city.
- Safe area / secure building
- Pet friendly preferable
What we are trying to avoid is;
- Very noisy areas ie. constant traffic
- Those brand new apartments that are built with cheap finishings, paper thin walls
