Where to live in Melbourne
I am moving with my wife to Melbourne and we are trying to decide where to live. I would like you guys to suggest some areas for me to research further; Things to consider:
1. Its just the 2 of us, we are expecting our first baby later this year. Schools are not a concern at the moment.
2. We are looking for a good new modern apartment not a house (1 or 2 bedrooms).
3. We would like to be in an active area with shops, restaurants, and facilities nearby. We do not want to be in a quiet pure residential area. Having a train station is a must!
4. Can be out of CBD to be affordable, but not too far because I have to travel every single day.
5. It must be very safe!
