Best Suburbs in Melbourne for Family / Working Professionals
Hi there,
We are looking for a 2 bedroom house in Melbourne and would like to take recommendations on some of the good suburbs in the city.
Requirements:
Would prefer a house / individual row houses over apartment.
Have a 3 year old so need access to good child care and primary schools in couple of years from now
Both of us are working professionals and my mother (65 y) would be home alone so its important that we choose a suburb that is safe. Both of us work in CBD.
Good access to public transport is must as we don't intend to buy cars for the first year at least
Parks in the vicinity would be great
Budget - $350 to $400 pw (stretch).
