How could I rent a short-term stay property before landing?
Melbourne, VIC 3004 is located within the Melbourne local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
I'm in China now, but planning to move to Victoria in June. How could I rent a short-term stay property before landing in Australia and renting a more permanent one? What kind of documents should I prepare for presenting beforehand? Appreciating your advice.

Hi Peter,
I think booking an Airbnb would be a good idea as you generally need to have inspected a property personally or have someone inspect the property on your behalf before being approved.
