Pointers to an affordable accommodation..

Hi all we currently live in Docklands in a single bedroom and we are up for a lease end..we need more space and would like to move .. question is where..I need a good apt near a good school as we don't drive. We should be able to walk to the school...can you please suggest and 2bedroom apt in a good suburb with a rent of 400$.. appreciate any pointers..
