What do you think of Homely's top 50 suburbs report?

I thought more of these suburbs would be in the middle of know where. Was surprised that Golden Beach, Vic didn't make the list!

Golden Beach is about 2.5 - 3 hours out of Melbourne. Not far past Sale Vic. Beautiful cost line!
